Weekly Update Episode 1

Elly and myself, Christina decided to have a weekly wrap up and let you all know how our week went. You know we love and care for yous all very much and thought that it will be useful to share the kind of problems people come to us with and what therapies we use to help improve their condition.

Elly has a customer with frozen shoulder and talked about how she applied deep tissue massage and various other therapies to reduce stiffness and discomfort and improve joint mobility.She was delighted that improvement was achieved, as it brought her great satisfaction to see he professional assessment and choice of therapies bring such good results.

I /Christina/ shared about a young person navigating stress and physical discomfort. I offered my compassionate understanding as a mother, as well as reflexology, and it was delightful to see stress and physical discomfort diminish quickly..
